Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Onboard new clients and guide them through our products using provided training.
- Identify client needs and propose solutions to drive retention.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to improve service standards.
- Track key performance metrics and prepare weekly reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to complete our paid training program.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn new technologies.
