Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention.
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update client data, and monitor sales metrics.
- Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to resolve complex client issues.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Attend weekly training workshops and team meetings to stay updated on product changes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
