Responsibilities
- Master product knowledge through structured training modules
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone/email/chat
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team to improve service quality
- Meet performance metrics after training completion
- Participate in ongoing skill development sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Basic computer proficiency (typing 25+ WPM)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Texas ID or driver's license
- Pass background/drug screening
- Commitment to 12-month employment post-training
