Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive 4-week paid training program covering customer service protocols and software systems
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet performance metrics for call quality and resolution times
- Continuously develop product knowledge and service skills
- Participate in ongoing coaching sessions and team meetings
Qualifications
