Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status to resolve customer issues.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system with precision.
- Assist customers in navigating troubleshooting steps and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain a professional, calm, and helpful demeanor, even during high-pressure situations.
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure adherence to company scripts and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college or technical training is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Willingness to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a passion for helping others.
