Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate digital records.
- Assist with inventory management and supply organization.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and empathy.
- Support the administrative team with various clerical tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
