Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process incoming orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using our internal systems.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and sales teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

- Meet daily and weekly performance targets set by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for this entry-level position.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate web browsers and email software.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
