Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and orders via phone, email, and live chat.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds with accuracy and efficiency.
- Document customer interactions and resolve issues within company guidelines.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to suggest service improvements.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-volume periods.
- Collaborate with the sales team to upsell products and increase customer retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or currently completing high school).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
