Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers in resolving their issues and answering product-related questions.
- Build rapport with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of company products and services during training.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Complete all assigned training modules and shadow shifts successfully.
Qualifications
