Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, answering questions and resolving concerns.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash, checks, and credit cards with 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked with products.
- Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- No prior experience necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
