Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and emails with a friendly, professional tone.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and account troubleshooting.
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products based on customer needs.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation is required for shifts.
