Responsibilities

- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining data integrity.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our internal database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and meet daily performance targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
