Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in resolving basic technical issues and answering questions regarding our services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline workflows and improve service quality.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable internet connection and a stable computer setup are required for remote roles.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new systems quickly.
