Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks under supervision
- Load/unload materials and operate basic hand/power tools
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and protocols
- Complete daily training modules to advance skills
- Participate in team-based construction projects
- Report progress and issues to site supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
