Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions with patience and empathy.
- Accurately enter and update customer information into the CRM database.
- Follow standard operating procedures and scripts to ensure consistency.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management or technical support.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
