Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Professionally handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chat messages with accuracy and empathy.
- Customer Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to the appropriate department while ensuring the customer feels heard and valued.
- CRM Management: Accurately log customer interactions, feedback, and account details into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain up-to-date records.
- Product & Service Education: Educate customers on our products and services, ensuring they fully understand features and benefits to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Process Improvement: Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professional etiquette.
- Computer Proficiency: Must be proficient in using computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM software.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to changing scripts or protocols quickly.
