Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM database.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Proactively suggest products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, products, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and monthly performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace are required for remote/hybrid roles.
