About the Role:
As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will handle inbound inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product information using our state-of-the-art CRM systems.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and troubleshooting.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM database.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and service offerings.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
