Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Accurately log customer interactions and account details into the CRM database.
- Follow standard operating procedures and call scripts to ensure consistency.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the Team Lead when necessary.
- Upsell products or services to existing customers to meet revenue targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
