Responsibilities
- Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Deliver exceptional customer service through active listening and problem-solving
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions maintaining 100% accuracy
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Maintain organized member records and transaction documentation
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service orientation with friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn banking systems
- Clear criminal background check and ability to pass TEGNA/FinCEN compliance requirements
- Must be available for flexible scheduling including weekends
