Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at teller window and digital banking stations
- Process cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries with precision
- Balance cash drawer daily and adhere to strict security protocols
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Complete comprehensive training on banking software and compliance standards
- Assist customers with ATM troubleshooting and basic account management

Qualifications
