Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced branch environment
- Adhere to strict banking security protocols and regulatory compliance
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Actively participate in paid training modules and shadowing sessions
- Contribute to branch sales goals by identifying cross-sell opportunities
Qualifications
