Responsibilities
- Execute daily banking transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with precision and accuracy.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and answering account inquiries.
- Introduce and cross-sell our full range of financial products to meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate daily cash balances and reconcile the teller drawer at the end of each shift.
- Assist in branch operations, including opening and closing procedures and security protocols.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and branch efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; prior banking or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Basic math proficiency and a keen eye for detail to ensure transaction accuracy.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
