Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive paid training covering banking operations, compliance, and customer service
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers and maintain transaction records daily
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving inquiries and concerns
- Adhere to banking regulations and security protocols at all times
- Upsell bank products and services to meet customer needs
