Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the teller window.
- Process a high volume of transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Open new accounts and assist customers with account inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate daily cash drawers and reconcile all terminal transactions.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
- Identify and escalate any potential fraud or compliance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience in a retail or banking environment is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
