Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the teller window.
- Process daily transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports with precision and attention to detail.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and direct them to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Learn and utilize our banking software and point-of-sale systems efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized teller line area to ensure a professional customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for Trainee positions.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail are essential.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to obtain a satisfactory background check and banking license verification.
