Responsibilities

- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account inquiries
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and transaction records
- Learn and implement fraud prevention protocols
- Assist with new account openings and basic product education
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals
- Participate in ongoing training programs for banking regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash
