Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries and resolving account issues
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while maintaining strict compliance with banking regulations
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Assist with branch operations including ATM maintenance and night drop processing
- Complete required training modules and pass competency assessments within 90 days
- Uphold bank security protocols and fraud prevention measures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and some holidays
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and pre-employment credit check
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations (FCRA, BSA) preferred
