Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism

- Balance cash drawers and daily transaction reports
- Participate in branch security protocols and fraud prevention
- Collaborate with senior tellers to master operational workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience preferred
