Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional service to 30+ daily customers through personalized financial guidance
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and perform daily audits
- Resolve account inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Actively cross-sell bank products (checking, savings, credit cards)
- Utilize digital banking tools (ATMs, mobile apps) to enhance customer experience
- Adhere to all bank security protocols and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficiency in basic math and financial systems
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- TX Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass background check and credit verification
