Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to 50+ daily customers while identifying cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and daily reconciliation procedures
- Resolve account inquiries using banking software and regulatory guidelines
- Support branch operations through document processing and fraud prevention protocols
- Collaborate with personal bankers to schedule client consultations
- Participate in quarterly compliance training and security drills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months cash handling or customer service experience
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Ability to pass background check and credit review
- Ohio Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Excellent communication skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
