Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Verify checks, cash, and other negotiable instruments following security protocols
- Open new accounts and assist customers with basic banking inquiries
- Cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts) based on customer needs
- Maintain cash drawer and ATM reconciliation records
- Adhere to BSA/AML compliance and bank security policies
- Participate in quarterly training to update product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ year customer service or cash handling experience
- Basic math aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to pass background check and credit check
- Proficient with basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays
- Missouri banking license required (will assist with obtaining)
