Responsibilities
- Execute Transactions: Process daily customer transactions including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy.
- Manage Cash: Perform end-of-day cash reconciliation and manage the vault, ensuring all funds match transaction records.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional face-to-face service, addressing inquiries and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Sales Support: Identify opportunities to cross-sell our financial products, such as credit cards and savings accounts, to meet branch targets.
- Compliance & Security: Adhere strictly to BSA/AML regulations and internal security protocols to protect customer assets.
- Operational Support: Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing the lobby, and maintaining a professional environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred; we provide full training for qualified candidates.
- Skills: Proficiency in basic mathematics and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and MS Office suite.
- Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and high attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
