- Refer customers to financial specialists for complex banking needs
- Uphold bank branding standards while providing exceptional in-person service
- Participate in ongoing training programs to master banking regulations and products
- Contribute to branch sales goals by promoting new accounts and services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/financial transactions
- Strong customer service orientation with prior retail/hospitality experience a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and operate multi-function banking equipment
- Attention to detail with zero-tolerance for cash handling errors
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and credit screening (no bankruptcies in past 7 years)
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued for San Antonio market
