Responsibilities
- Learn and Execute: Assist in daily branch operations, including cash handling, check processing, and loan payment collections.
- Customer Service: Build lasting relationships with clients by greeting them warmly and addressing their banking needs with professionalism and empathy.
- Transaction Accuracy: Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Product Knowledge: Educate customers on our range of financial products, including savings accounts, CDs, and credit cards.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to bank security policies, KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations, and internal procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required (we train the right attitude).
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; basic math proficiency.
- Character: Must demonstrate honesty, integrity, and a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Technology: Comfortable using computer systems and learning new banking software quickly.
