- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving account issues
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Utilize digital banking tools while maintaining secure transaction protocols
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales targets
Qualifications

- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
