Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash advances
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients while resolving account inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with branch team members to achieve departmental goals
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance banking knowledge and skills
Qualifications
