Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Cash checks and handle currency and coins with strict accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
- Greet customers warmly and provide information regarding our products and services.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer accounts.
- Maintain the lobby and teller station to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
- Assist in daily branch operations and support the branch manager as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the trainee program.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and ability to count cash accurately.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
