Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive banking experience.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash checks accurately and efficiently.
- Cross-sell bank products and services (e.g., credit cards, savings accounts) to meet branch targets.
- Perform daily balancing of the teller drawer and cash reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and account documentation.
- Assist in opening new accounts and verifying customer identity per compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with the branch manager to ensure a smooth and secure branch operation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience is highly preferred.
- Strong math skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems and point-of-sale software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
