Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet or exceed sales and service goals.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and account closures.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to introduce new products and services to clients.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures at all times.
- Perform daily balance reconciliations and cash drawer maintenance.
- Collaborate with the branch team to maintain a positive and organized branch atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Previous customer service or cash-handling experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to punctuality.
- Basic proficiency with computers and MS Office applications.
