Responsibilities
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments while adhering to strict security protocols.
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries regarding account balances and products, and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Sales & Cross-Selling: Proactively identify opportunities to recommend our suite of financial products, such as savings accounts, credit cards, and investment services.
- Asset Protection: Monitor the lobby and teller line for suspicious activity; assist in maintaining a secure and organized branch environment.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, complete daily settlement reports, and reconcile cash drawers to ensure all transactions balance.
- Technology Utilization: Utilize advanced banking software and ATMs to facilitate seamless customer transactions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; coursework in finance or business is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service or cash-handling experience is preferred but not mandatory for Trainees.
- Skills: Strong math aptitude, basic computer proficiency, and typing speed.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts simply.
- Character: High integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
