Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict adherence to security protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Cross-sell basic bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Learn and comply with all banking regulations and compliance standards
- Assist with branch operations including filing, scanning, and administrative tasks
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance banking knowledge
Qualifications

- Strong basic math and cash handling skills
