Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with daily banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Learn and apply knowledge of banking products and services to identify cross-selling opportunities effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and reconcile daily settlement reports with precision.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores and retention.
- Uphold strict bank security policies and compliance standards during all interactions.
- Participate in on-the-job training to master teller operations and branch procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior customer service or cash-handling experience is a plus.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and operate standard office machinery efficiently.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
