Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with high accuracy and speed.
- Greet and welcome customers, answering questions regarding account balances, products, and services.
- Operate core banking software and manage ATM maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Assist in the opening of new accounts and the signing of new customer paperwork.
- Maintain accurate cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions at the end of the shift.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to help customers maximize their financial potential.
- Adhere to all bank security policies and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computers and standard office software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
