Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account-related issues.
- Operate teller equipment and cash drawers with strict adherence to security and accuracy protocols.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer financial goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with all banking regulations.
- Assist in daily branch operations, including opening and closing procedures and balancing the vault.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in finance or business is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and mathematical calculations.
