Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers)
- Balance cash drawers with 99.9% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone/video chat
- Uphold bank security protocols and compliance standards
- Refer clients to financial services specialists
- Maintain digital transaction records
- Complete weekly online training modules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Basic math skills with cash handling experience
- Proficient in video conferencing tools (Zoom/Teams)
- Ability to pass background/fingerprint check
- Customer service mindset (retail/hospitality preferred)
- Reliable high-speed home internet connection
- Available for 8am-5pm weekday shifts
- Valid NC driver's license for branch visits
