Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person and digital banking channels
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Resolve client inquiries regarding accounts, services, and digital banking tools
- Participate in remote training modules and shadow branch operations
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Contribute to branch security protocols and fraud prevention measures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/financial transactions
- Strong communication skills with customer service mindset
- Reliable internet access for remote training components
