Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 99.8% accuracy
- Provide exceptional in-person and virtual customer service via secure remote channels
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for credit union products and services
- Complete remote training modules on fraud detection and security protocols
- Collaborate with branch teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Participate in quarterly compliance training via virtual workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (verbal/written)
- Ability to adapt to hybrid work model (3 days remote/2 days onsite)
- Proficiency with digital banking platforms and basic software
- Pass background check and credit union security clearance
- Customer service experience (retail/hospitality preferred)
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for occasional branch rotations)
