- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance with all banking transactions.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments efficiently and accurately.
- Cash checks and handle currency exchange with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Initiate the sales and referral process for bank products and services.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling experience is a plus but not mandatory for trainees.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
