Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving account inquiries efficiently.
- Cash checks and maintain a balanced drawer at the end of each shift.
- Open and close bank accounts and assist customers with daily banking needs.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote bank products and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience is a plus but not required for Trainees.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to count cash accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with banking software.
